okay but how DO you actually get creamy soup that doesn't have cream in it?
Think it's jizz, mate
Corn starch, vegan cream, tahini, coconut milk, or just blending it, are some ideas.
Creme?
The key to creamy cream - free soup - is hiding in your pantry. Because your kids had a tantrum and tore all the labels off of the cans you stocked up at the start of Covid lock-down, when society was surely going to crumble. Botulism roulette!
You better be hiding in your pantry, because the creamy cream-free soup is coming for you.
Creamy cream-free is such a rollercoaster phrase that shouldn’t have passed edits
It’s like antipasta pasta salad. Which is one of my favorite pasta salads.
Bad news, the creamy cream-free soup came from inside the pantry!
hiding in your pantry, the soup won't be cream free for long.
Why do people keep creaming in my pantry!?
That's not soup, that's pasta with extra sauce.

Spaghetti is tomato soup with noodles.
The answer is tahini, by the way. Not a big shocker.
I also like to use peanut mush/butter for that. As in, the non-sweet stuff.
Shocker for me. Never thought to use it like that. Thanks for mentioning it!
Oh cool. Well tahini (sesame paste) is awesome, and especially useful for anyone vegan or lactose-free. Definitely worth keeping in the pantry.
What if I don't have a pantry?
