General advice: add disclaimers before the information you're disclaiming. Not being a smartass, it really is the best way.
I don't take ANY supplements I don't discuss with my doctor first. Where did you hear this information about stimulants "leeching" magnesium from your body? I can't find a single source about this anywhere.
According to a similar post on reddit, talk to your pharmacist, that's my plan.
