Planes issue horrible chemicals that cause all kinds of issues. Carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, etc.
My understanding is that these bills would make that illegal. That's good.
If it wasn't so sad it'd be hilarious that all these states are banning imaginary ways to control the weather while at the same time gutting the EPA and air population controls, so real ways to influence the weather.

Don't they slightly increase rain and slightly decrease UV? The particulate in the exhaust acts as nucleation sites for water droplets and crystals.
