I can relate to the non-hygiene non-showering parts.

RULES
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
- Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
- Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
- Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on [email protected]

Get the enzyme spray that is for pet urine and odors.
Spray the underarms and areas of your garments where you would have heavy sweat. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Next time you do your laundry, you will not have the odor of armpit bacteria anymore.
People don't realize that there are certain bacterial smells that you cannot get rid of with detergent, oxy cleaners, borax, bleach, or anything else - you actually need an enzyme to break apart the proteins.
It turned out it was the latent body odor smell in my shirts... even though they were fresh, as soon as a little bit of moisture built up, the stink would activate.... and the only thing that repaired it was enzyme spray.
Again, you can just get the stuff for animals peeing and smelling. It's less than $10 on sale in my area. Because we are animals too, and the same stink on us is what comes off pets.
Edit: also take the inserts out of your shoes and lightly soak them in hydrogen peroxide 3%. They will bubble like a witch's cauldron and that's the stink getting destroyed there as well
Could the smell come from clothing? Maybe it's a detergent scent that doesn't agree with your smeller?
Idk, its not that I feel myself having bad smell but I think others smell me bad
Just fyi, it isn't really considered very healthy and necessary to shower every day (unless you have specific reason, like work in a dirty environment). It'll dry out your skin which can lead to more serious conditions.
Regardless, if you think you can't stop cleaning yourself, that may be reason to talk to someone about it off the internet.
What's your diet like? Diet can affect your scent quite a bit.
Honestly everything. Meat vegetables fruit sugar, I drink lots of water.
That sounds fairly well-rounded. How much of it is prepackaged vs prepared at home?
My other suggestion would be to make sure that laundry and bedding/linens are also getting cleaned regularly.
If it's specific areas of your body that you perceive to smell bad, like the feet, it might be some sort of fungal infection.
