Thank goodness for 2000AD or we wouldn't have stuff like this.
Yeah, I know Section 8 are DC, but they're absolutely the sort of superhero pastiche that would run in 2000AD. Plus, Garth Ennis wrote for them for a while.
OG anarchist and professional wizard Alan Moore also wrote for 2000AD. A lot of comic book authors and artists have worked on the series.
Still love how he made the Irish mob have guns that shot potatoes
