It's really panicking me, because if this is a permanent issue and the customer services and CEOs don't respond, will my voucher and coupon be unusable forever?
Literally them missing out on revenue by not fixing that. I had a similar problem with my local grocery store not fixing their online gift card system for the longest time, hopefully it gets fixed for you soon.
I think it's the opposite, they've been paid for the gift card already. If I can't use it then they keep the money but don't have to give me the goods.
Shit, it probably is that. Is there any third-parties you can go to in the UK to like raise this issue?
I had a look at the trading standards website, but it said they can't help you get refunds or anything like that. If I still don't hear from them tomorrow I might try citizens advice.
