I'm exploring this dungeon (Mc mansion) and I really appreciate the level design. I do wonder if it's bugged though. (hexbear.net)

The NPCs (petite bourgeois) inside keep threatening to call the guards when I loot things and they run away like townsfolk if I draw my weapon.

next time you start daggerfall unity set it to smaller dungeons, when the mansion is too big the NPourgeoiC's code tells them to run first instead of fighting the Playertariat

I'm not sure if I'll play again tbh. The guards arrived and the difficult really spiked, super realistic combat injury system.

I can't seem to pull up the save and quit menu with enemies around either.

oh yeah early game it's really rough

if you mix the concrete and milkshake items together you get a cheap and pretty good throwing weapon that will take you pretty far

but if you don't mind a little bit more of a grind if you go to the farm you can grab pig poop balls out of the pig pens, they do good damage and cause enemies to get poisoned if you get a critical hit with them

honestly in general though I highly recommend playing the game co-op instead, it's more fun and the game is clearly balanced around it
