Vague, overly broad laws are indeed a problem; I’m willing to give him that. ONLY that.
Unfortunately for Musk, this is not vague. If the footage is something you created or manipulated, you know perfectly damn well whether it’s legal or not. He’s trying to confuse the issue, and conflate fraud with free speech. Hopefully, the court will see right through him.

They did more than influence the past election, and have plans to do the same in the upcoming ones... so ofcourse any regulation against these plans must be taken away.
