Goodwill Outlet/bins store, baby. You can still buy by the pound. Regular Goodwill stores are still pretty good here too if you buy the sale tags.

Goodwill and SA are pretty much the only options in my town anymore and they all stopped carrying anything that wasn’t clothes and some housewares.

Seems like anything Goodwill has that is worth something ends up on their auction site now anyway.

But popping tags isn't about stealing, it lowers the price. That shirt with the stain on it shouldn't cost $20, you pop that tag point out the stain and you're down to $5.
