Looking at his history, it's his first AI slop post. I'm gonna give the dude the benefit of the doubt and maybe he learns from this before I block him
You put less effort by searching real image on the web than on ai slop prompt 
consider: ai and crypto frequently go together therefore it's use adds a layer of irony.

ah yes asymmetric packs, truly a hallmark of AI shit slop.
Asymmetrical abs is common.
It's genetic and not that visible on most people. It's also not dangerous in any way as the muscles are still able to do their job just fine. As a result it doesn't get much attention.
You can still easily find examples though. If you for example go on DDG and search for images of "bodybuilder abs" you'll get stuff like what I got as result number 5, result number 6, result number 9 and more.
