They're sort of right, in the usual sovcit way. It's good to challenge debt and make companies prove that you owe them money. Sometimes shady or disorganized companies won't have the correct documents to prove it, or they might decide you're too much of a pain to deal with. Certainly not guaranteed, though.
Absolutely. But their airy assurance that this is all true is hilarious.
