Anycubic has (imo) dire customer support. I’m rooting for you, but don’t expect any delivery updates until you hear your doorbell ring.

I just got a new Kobra 3 Max Combo, and have been fairly happy with it so far. There are some connection issues with cloud services that are annoying, but LAN mode has been fairly reliable when I've had enough of the cloud failings. Unfortunately, it appears that the spaghetti detection requires the cloud services to function.

While I have received my Kobra 3 Max, and two Ace Pro units, the camera that was ordered together has not yet shipped. There is also no 8-to-1 unit to allow both Ace Pros to be connected simultaneously. The support site has a model, but they discount any guarantee that it will function. My order still shows as partially fulfilled, but there has been no communication about when the rest can be expected.
