Could you elaborate that lemmy.world is blocked in UAE? you mean UAE is blocking lemmy.world or lemmy.world blocks your connection?
For now i suggest you using a federated instance like lemm.ee, discuss.online any that is federated with lemmy.world.
You probably know why we are blocking vpn/tor posting things.
yes lemmy is blocked in UAE, also I am not able to find lemmy.world on instance finder what is happening?
Lemmy.world is federated, use any server that it federates with, as you're doing right now.
Just use another server. No specific reason to be on that one.

Edit: I just tried, and I can log into and use my lemmy.world account just fine over a VPN. Are you sure you don't have a VPN issue instead?
We do NOT block login or viewing. We only block certain destructive / distruptive api endpoints abused for spam ( E.g. posting, commenting, registering )
Try to post with VPN and you will see the issue.
Whatever you just did is the solution. How did you post?
