Started with a stair tread from Home Depot. Cut off the corners with the scroll saw. Routered the edges with the Roman Ogee bit. Then I printed out the letters and traced them on with transfer paper. Used a Dremel with a very small round bit to cut the letters. Filled with black acrylic paint. Sanded off the excess from the face. Finished with Amber colored Shellac from Bullseye.

Very impressive. Never tried. Am now inclined to do a test and see how difficult it is given all the other comments.

I learned a lot from YouTube with Matt Carves, Cornelius creations, and Logs carving club

If you managed that level of precision with a fuckin Dremel, I think you missed your true calling as a brain surgeon.

Nah, I've done work with a dremel before.

This level of precision was much harder than any brain surgery.

Wow thanks! I’ve been practicing! I guess it shows

You have a much steadier hand than I do - that writing would have looked like it was carved into the wall at an insane asylum if I tried to hand-dremel it.
