lol, a few years ago I went out of my way to avoid them, they bought my mortgage (maybe the whole company?) within 4 months of closing.
Resistance is futile, I suppose.

MODERATORS
every mortgage I have had gets sold within a few months. I mean granted its not a huge set to go off of but seems like their are originators and then if you make a few payments your now a hot commodity.
It's not limited to one specific mortgage company or broker. You can do an opt out from the prescreened calls here opt out for 5 years online, or permanently via mail.
As soon as anyone like that calls you inform them that the call is being recorded even if it's not. They're a lot less braisen when they think they might get sued.
