Seeing how Trump has a talent to choose the absolute worst for a specific job, I hope they manage to get shell access and delete the database and its only backup that was accidentally stored in the same server with the same credentials

Nice that Iran is helping out the whole world. I just hope they don't hurt random American citizens who had no choice in this whole situation.

Edit: I think people forget that a lot of those random Americans are people who voted against Trump, or children who have no say. It would be awful if they decided to bomb random ass cities because of Trump.

Now, something that I think would be beneficial is inconveniencing the american people so that they get pissed at Trump and, in turn, push for change.

I clearly remember there being a choice in last November, so I don’t think random Americans should get a free pass out of this

Wait. You're advocating for collective punishment for Americans resisting Trump?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 days ago

No I'm just replying to a guy saying silly stuff on the Internet

Well, there's a full third who had a choice and refused to do anything. And another third who openly endorsed this.

We've got at least two options for blame when it comes to the last election:

  • Politicians who wield actual power and use it to do nothing (at best)
  • Voters, largely struggling to survive, wielding little power, even in aggregate, due to a rigged system

I live for the day people blame the former instead of the latter, though I know I'll never see it.

why not both?

Honestly this is probably one of the few foreign hacking campaigns they could crowdsource funds for from the target country. Imagine if they had a Patreon to keep it going.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 days ago

Hah. I mean, if the target was something as harmless as the white house website, I’d probably donate to it just for a laugh. Shit, it’s probably Wordpress anyway.

Hopefully they’ll keep knocking it offline. It would be so great to hear that fucking guy cry about it 🙂

He will blame the democrats.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 days ago

That’s totally fine. He’ll blame the “radical left”. Let him. Anything to get under his skin would be great. Knocking out his main propaganda tool would be sweet. It wouldn’t change a damn thing, but it would be so satisfying hearing him and his sycophants cry about it.
