I really don't know. Possibly. Rebranding soup as "water based cooking" just somehow filled me with a nameless existential dread.
Ditto. I thought to myself... "That's so stupid. But what's that chilly feeling I have in my soul?"
It's a healthy trend that goes back decades, the way this is framed makes it seem weird but it's about not frying or baking but steaming veg, cooking with 'water based' methods or eating more raw unprocessed veg.
Ahh, well that makes a bit more sense. Definitely weird out of context, lol!
Not just soup is water based. Stew too!
