I have no idea what arrrr means/refers to nor what you're talking about. The only plug I can think of is buttplug, but that's probably not what you're talking about.

A plug is a slang term that means source as in something you plug in to. For example, if you ever by chance figured out the direct host name of one of the servers that keeps getting rebranded over and over again, you can just directly browse its contents.
I have no idea what you're talking about. Plug is slang for your provider. Are you speaking in metaphors?
Plug as I defined above means the source. A provider is somebody that you pay.
