Wow, what a short-sighted view. Android, despite its many shortcomings, gives you orders of magnitude more freedom in almost every way imaginable. And none of its shortcomings are blocking you from using it, rather more or less annoy you.
Is there any decent way on a normal android device to rsync sending data to the Android device from another system?
I've never tried it, but there appear to be some rsync apps on f-droid, you could try.
Its not short sighted its from several years of experience.
iOS is also trash shovelware but in a way that's more usable/less haggle for most people.
How would you know that iOS is trash if it's vaporware?
