I looked it up on memory alpha, but unfortunately could only find two Daxs (? Daxes? Dax'?) of whom we know their respective spouses, Audrid (female host, had a husband) and Torias (male host, had a wife).
I checked memory beta(which includes non-canon but licensed work like some comics, Star-Trek Online and similar) and here's a list of hosts with known information about spouse or child(ren):
Lela, 1st host, 21st century: Wife with husband, two children.
Tobin, 22nd century: Male trill with one child, no spouse listed.
Audrid, 23rd century: Wife with symbiont husband, two children.
Torias, 23rd century: Husband with symbiont wife
Spoiler: Are you sure you only found those last two?
The info box lists six marriages and nine children. So I'm guessing not everything is accurate or not all sub-pages updated.
I just misremembered. Thought she died right before their wedding.
