Its basically an upgrade to going on stackoverflow. Plus the AI is generally more pleasant to deal with.
If AI is trained on stack overflow, it's only a matter of time until ChatGPT starts telling us that our questions are duplicates of something from 20 years ago
Then just closes the ticket, without actually linking to the solution.
