Iirc a Harvard study about 10 years ago found cognition began to be hindered at about 500ppm, with the insides of skyscrapers getting around 2000ppm.
Yeah, and indoor air circulation isn't getting any better. As atmospheric concentrations increase, indoor concentrations will also increase many times over.

Yeah, and that's just outside. Interiors of homes are almost certainly at least 800ppm or so.
I stopped doing it for some reason, but when I lived in another home I used to keep all my windows open at all times, just slept with the ceiling fan. I was doing it with the purpose of keeping CO2 levels low because I knew of the effect it had on cognition. That was during lockdown and college was online at the time, so I feel like it may have made a difference in helping me stay on top of things while doing online learning. At least there was a placebo effect from knowing I was doing something that would give me a leg up.
