How do you handle cravings?

I had intense food cravings on Wednesday... I was really hungry for a cookie (my weakness). I even opened my phone up to bakery food deliveries. This is odd, its' been almost a year and I've been clean... Why am I having cravings now?

Turns out the last shopping trip we bought Corned Beef which had sugar in it. 3% Brown Sugar. Eating just that was enough to trigger my addiction later that night. 3% isn't much, not enough to kick me out of ketosis.... but enough to make me cookie crazy.

My best method is to kill the craving with meat. You don't crave when you're full. Of course that doesn't work when your meat is contaminated with sugar.

Maybe get some tallow and have 50g cubes ready for snacking to kill a craving. I think you'll only want protein when you're fat full
