It just really sucks about your employer! The logic of male-presenting = short hair is nonsensical, but I understand that it’s not supposed to make sense
The worst part imo is that it's supposedly for safety but female presenting people don't need to have short hair. Which implies either that they don't give a shit about women's safety or that the job is more dangerous for male presenting people.
But the pay is good
