OP is doing some top tier shitposting here, and a lot of commenters are missing it.
It's hilarious
if your idea of "top tier shitposting" means just reusing the same old meme, then fine...
if "missing it" means getting it completely but finally after all this time asking "why do we even say that?" then yeah I guess I missed it
unfortunately I don't think either of those cases mean what you say they mean.
