Rook takes pawn (on F7). Checkmate, white wins.
So the king moves to F6
I think you mean G6, which is attacked by the pawn on H5.
Firstly, the king can't make it there from where it currently is, and secondly, if the white rook is on F7, then F6 is still in danger.
