The scariest part of this movement for me is being targeted because somebody thought I was conservative. *shudder*
I've been getting this for the last few years because I look conservative. Sigh. Seems like it will soon get worse.
I'm 6'3, 300 pounds, built like a linebacker. Shaved head. There aren't a lot of clothes that look good on me and actually fit (finding a shirt long enough is hell). I tend to wear jeans and wife beater with an unbuttoned collared shirt in the summer, and flannel in the winter. I also tend to wear the shoes the podiatrist gives me (for now. So long medical insurance after 2025).
I have 100 percent been confused for a skin head on numerous occasions. If I'm leaving Walmart after dark, women will rush to their cars if I have to pass close by. I don't blame them. It sucks, but I'm glad they're acting on their safety over my feelings. But it does still hurt my feelings. :/
If you're 300 lbs, there's no way you're built like a linebacker. 240 is about max for a linebacker. I'm 6'4 and 220. You're either muscle bound or built like a lineman.
I was a CB but same at 6’1, also been a Niners fan my whole life. Thanks to all the maga shitbags now a white dude in a red cap…not the best look. I feel terrible every time I’m walking through a parking garage and see a woman double time it to her car but I totally understand, it makes me despise conservatives that little bit more.
I hear you friend. I'm 200 pounds 6' even. I'm bald so I shave my head. On the funny side rarely people thank me for my service, or more often tell me I forgot my military discount.
On the not so fun side it makes it difficult to buy drugs, and I love drugs.
Have you tried Carhartt shirts they tend to have longer lengths of shirts
I would also suggest Duluth trading. It's been my go to for a long time. Similar in quality to Carhartt but has more material options. Their dry on the fly line of stuff is 90% of what I wear.
Their underwear and pants are amazing. I'm wearing them right now. Check it out. Well worth the money
Same! The extra seam on the shoulder is so comfy, it fits so much better than a standard tee
100%, get the "tall" size
My father sometimes complains that he cant wear his red fishing hat anymore, because unless you pay close attention to the different design on the front, it looks like a maga hat.
My poor 49ers cap...
The red hats that say “made you look” make me laugh, but I haven’t wanted to buy one because they look a little too convincing 😔
I saw one that said black lives matter, and chuckled. Well played
I have an old red "Redhat" hat (of the linux variety), that I haven't worn in years.
its dangerous for us fred durst cosplayers
Just one of those days...
He's conservative (voted for Trump)?
No, thats the thing, he doesnt want people to think he's a trump supporter, and hates that if he wears this old hat he used to really like people will think its a trump hat
Sad that he's yet another casualty. Hopefully he'll find another favorite hat until this whole mess blows over.
