Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. - No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Nowhere in the article does it say anything to suggest who he was voting for. In a population of 300 million there are gonna be some number of crazies in every demographic
EDIT
y'all are loopy. I'm 100% team Harris, i even phonebanked for her - did you? All i said is that there's nothing in the article about whether he's a trumper or not, and there are some number of insane non-trumpers out there. If you think literally all people who aren't voting for trump are sane, then you're the one who's insane. It doesn't matter whether this particular person turns out to be trumper or not, the point is we shouldn't jump to conclusions or else we'll eventually wind up with egg on our face
Agreed.
Ive put so much time into lemmy but im realizing it may be best to start looking elsewhere.
The amount of people that are fanatically ignorant is almost suspicious. How can this be a representation real people? Is this place just a magnet for no-lifers? Surely people dont want to spend their time reading or discussing articles like "Musk is realizing how dumb he is".
Its like looking at the dumbest possible representation of my beliefs to make me question if my beliefs themselves are dumb lol.
This is a good example of keeping your mind so open your brain falls out.
No. The article doesn't explicitly say what party he planned to vote for. That's right.
Almost all instances of election violence have been committed by the same party - even the attempted assassinations. I'm sure there could be examples of violence from the other party but I'm genuinely struggling to think of any.
So if a reasonable person hears someone in an election line was violent they're not going to think "well there are crazies on both sides, so yaneverknow."
Let's wager then. 10:1 odds, one millyun dollars.
Political violence is pretty party-specific.
His actions are a pretty big indicator but not 100% true.
He follows Trump's Facebook page at the least
Ew, a Facebook user, I knew it!
