I like how the guy says the military is also controlling the weather, yet he's proudly labeling himself as a veteran of that military doing this thing he hates...
Also if the military is behind all of this, why go for the small beans radars? I mean, I'm just saying. There are bases all over the US (and world). I wonder how many have weather radars?
