What? How can you forget after the whole sharpie thing? That was kind of hilarious. Just draw an arrow on map and redirect Milton towards some immigrants or something buddy. Your succubus hag seems to think weather control is possible and you think highly of your own abilities - give it a try!

The best part about the "they control the weather" theory is that they are posting an old military patent on social media. What's funny about it is that, American patent law being what it is, even if it was real it would prove nothing. I could file a patent for a working dragon; that doesn't mean I have access to a fucking dragon. It just means I have ownership of any dragons that work like the patent I submitted. A patent is only to show ownership of an idea and nothing more.

With military patents, it basically has to reach the "there is absolutely not a snowball's chance in hell this will work and you're only going to use this to con people" level to be denied a patent, and even then...
