Ted Cruz is the most pathetic member of Congress, and that's really saying something.
He's a member of the Senate, not the Congress.
Congress = Senate + House of Representatives
My civics teacher would be very sad right now, thanks for the simple explanation.
No worries. The waters get muddied by members of the HoR often being addressed as Congresswoman/Congressman.
That's gotta be part of what warped my addled brain.
