Nice looks good. I never got into this method of cooking because slow cooking food in a plastic bag just never sat right with me, even at low temperatures. There's just no way in hell that that shit ain't leeching into the food haha. Otherwise looks like a great way to cook meat.
You can always get re-usable silicone bags, but they're not as effective imo because it's harder to get all the air out for a good vacuum seal.
The microplastics are in everything anyways at this point, I doubt a few steaks cooked like this are hurting anyone 😅
