Whenever I tripped alone I'd just put on music I liked or movie or Star Trek or Id go into the forest and cry or Id skate or play some music. I mainly tripped at night so I wouldnt encounter people. If I was in a bad mood I'd drink a couple beers so I could sleep it off.
