Avocados should have PLU code 4225 for Hass, maybe 4046 or 4770 for other varieties.
Prime rib and maple syrup aren't produce so they would have different sorts of codes entirely.
They were suggesting stealing by inaccurately ringing up stuff as bananas.
Which by the way, there's probably cheaper PLUs to use for that
I've heard onions or pumpkins is where it's at.
