They're eliminating medicaid and medicare for trans treatments

They are basically cutting taxes for the rich, cutting all social services and still adding 3.8trillion to the deficit
How are they going to pay for it?
Most of them, I haven't looked into all the details but among massive cuts to healthcare is a "$155.2 billion increase in funding for immigration- and border-enforcement provisions"
