Well the Israel thing is waaay more complicated because 2/3 of the USA was systematically brainwashed with antisemitism and Israel centric antisemitism. So this would probably get him voters. And more likely to get CIAed because they need Israel as for strategic reasons, especially because the terrorists would come after usa and other nato countries after killing all the jews in Israel, wich is their declared goal, no actually their goal is to kill all the jews in the world.
