You got this completely flipped, China is a rogue province that should be recognized as being part of Taiwan. The current Chinese government holds too much power so it is in their trading partners' best interests to not doubt China's sovereignty. Once China's competitiveness in global trade weakens and their government is toppled, the rest of the world should push to relocate the taiwanese government inside mainland China.
