What? The 90s are equivalent to hot years? Or wasn't there any winter fashion for the 90s? I don't understand I don't get it me dumb

"Dress for the 90s" as in temperature. 90F I guess. Because dressing for 90C would be like.. Spacesuits.
Omg it's a pun... I get it now. I'm not used to fahrenheit temps
Instead of going by boiling water, we go by 0=cold AF outside and 100=hot AF outside
(This is a joke and I'm not saying its superior to celsius)
That is the genuine argument I see people use to defend farehnheit so this checks out.
