40k: would the majority of the eldar eventually become as deranged as the dark eldar if the fall didn't happen? (hexbear.net)

Many eldars were already seeking extremes but the dark eldar do not seem to be the norm of that time. Given time would they have eventually have eventually become like drukhari apart from the few exodites?

I saw the first episode and gave up on it. I thought the movie Gomorrah was good, though. One of the better crime movies to come out of the early '00s.
