what do i do if ICE shows up to my job site? (hexbear.net)

i am not an immigrant so theoretically not in any danger of being deported. ICE has been doing raids around my job site and i suspect we'll be next. what can i do in the event they do come on site?

Ideally unions should start creating defences and blocking entrance wherever they show up.

Through personal action maybe it would be more effective to try and lure them or sabotage them creatively. Give them false directions, pretend you want to take part in it and waste their time, lock any doors you have keys to. Talk with any immigrants who would be targeted by such an attack before it happens and make a plan so they are prepared to use that time window to escape.

i work with a small crew, all citizens. we are union but afaik most other workers here are not (right to work state). about 3/4 of the workforce left early this morning; ICE was 2 blocks away at another jobsite so i believe a raid is imminent
