Linux has no ability to count votes, including from two parties. Because its a fucking operating system. Android and iOS dont to it either, nor do windows versions prior to 10.
You'd need to write at least like five lines of code to do that, assuming you had some way to read them. I'm not aware of a distro that includes those.
