I think it just boils down to personal preference. You might make a song using the japanese vbank and some people will like it while making it with the japanese one will appeal more to someone else. IMO it's a gamble really. You should check both. Maybe you're able to get a better result out of one compared to the other.

The design is very human

March 9th I think. Not too early compared to the concert but there were no big issues with shipping that I know of. It took almost a month to get from the US to Italy but for locals it got delivered in 2-3 days. I think it will be the same for EU

If they do the same for both US and EU they will open an online store. Be quick though since in the US they sold out in 20 mins and restocked only once. Otherwise you can buy second hand from japan but it will cost a lot since people tend to put higher prices + you'd have shipping and taxes as well. And personally you shouldn't consider buying one at the venue since this year they have very low stock and long queues.

Other than weird camera angles, zooming into pixels and the garbage screen placement I think the setlist was alright. I think it'd fit an audience who doesn't know her and utsuP was a good pick too. Cheers to those in the audience who brought a lot of enthusiasm and a bit of lightstick action going. Not the best... or good way anyways, to show what she is about to those who never seen her. Something like that might be somehow forgiven by those who know what the average concert looks like but for newcomers is just not a great experience.

I'm going to both Toronto and Dusseldorf. I hope they will learn from the US and improve the EU one. The issue isn't the screen itself but how it's placed. Online you can read many opinions about it. The screen has actually higher quality and less reflection issues than the transparent one. If done right it's not a bad experience it's just that the placement in the US makes the screen stand out too much. MikuFes24 was on a screen, yet when I watched it online I really didn't notice and I didn't hear anyone from Japan complaining. If they can make the screen blend in with the rest of the stage it won't be an issue. Sure it's not what everyone expected and I'd also love to see how the hologram looks but after all that's just part of the experience. In the end it all boils down to what your expectations are.

Italian here (Veneto) How do you say it in your dialect? The ball bearing one. I really can't translate it myself into something that could make sense to me.

I love Miku's design on this MV.

Can't wait to see what he made for us this time. It's also been a while since Deco27 released something as well. Hope he will too release something in the upcoming weeks.

Kind of a late post since two of this month's songs were already released. At the start of the month I was pretty hyped about Giga and seems like we'll be getting it soon enough. Maybe they started a bit too strong including Deco*27, MitchieM and PinocchioP all in the same month but that's just my personal taste. Any other artists you're looking forward to in these total 18 songs?

[TLDR further down]

I woke up at 1am to catch both digital stars and the concert and I sadly have to say I could have just slept. Digital stars was fine, I didn't come for that but still, good artists so I had a good time but the concert itself... Luckily I've read in other posts that I wasn't the only one who thought this: it was fine. Out of the songs played only one was actually popular (excluding toy box and plaything which were made for this event) and I fully enjoyed, the other ones were by artists I've never heard of and didn't really quite catch my interest (I'm not saying lesser known songs are bad, not at all, but there is a reason why popular ones are popular). When I watched this year's magical Mirai stream there were also songs like that but I've actually found a couple I've liked and added to my Spotify together with many others I already knew and was excited about. As for the quality, I liked the stage but when the camera zoomed into the live band, the members had a pretty choppy frame rate. On YouTube it was streamed only up to 720p, on Twitch it was 1080p but (not sure if it was my connection but at 3am who is using the internet, plus never had this issue) the bitrate must have been kinda low. Dark scenes, fireworks and confetti made it possible to pretty much count the pixels. And to top it off, it felt more like a compilation of songs than a concert. It was like song-black screen-song with Miku talking once in a while with very long pauses of silence (totally understandable, there is no crowd to cheer and make some background noise but at least putting some background music could have helped)

So in a nutshell, it's Miku so I can't be really disappointed but I didn't really feel the need to save the footage like I did for Magical Mirai even though I've appeared in the end credits which was cool. I'd say, if you want a concert go for a live one even if it's streamed online. If you want to see animations than just go for YouTube. It was a cool idea during the pandemic (not that I've seen it but it was a thoughtful choice) but this year it felt kinda wasted in my opinion. Glad to see that many enjoyed it really much though. Maybe I just had too high expectations

Can't wait for it. I didn't see the past events during the pandemic so I have no idea how an event like this will turn out online. Kinda happy that from 2024 it will be back irl but this is a good option too for those who can't afford or just don't want to travel a lot to see the live concerts.

This. I remember that one video by LTT where he tried searching for a flight and he got a way higher price on the standard browser compared to the one with no personal accounts/cookies.

If I use search engines, be it to find opinions on a topic or as you said an insurance, I want those sorted by factors like the date it's been created and maybe the reputability of the source. Not what the algorithm thinks I want to see or I should see in "its" opinion.

It's not ai. Miku is just one of many voice banks to use with a software to set the sounds and tuning you want. It's more of an instrument to me. Recent voice banks should have some kind of ai to make singing more realistic but many still tune everything manually.

It's been announced a while ago. Many locations seem sold out (unless some seats were reserved for 22nd general sale). I was hoping for a European one but since it's the 10th anniversary and it would have been my first Miku live concert I'm just gonna book a flight. What about you guys?

As advertised on the official twitter page Tickets for the live show cost 2500¥ (17€). The performance will also be available as an archived video (dunno if that one's gonna be free in its entirety but some clips will for sure be uploaded on YT). Can't wait for it.

Now I just wonder how much it will cost. My guess is around 300€ but I hope it will actually be on the 200-250 range. How much do you guys think it's worth? Anyone else will be interested in it as well?
