Totally understand. I've known folks like that, can't blame you.

He definitely has a LOT on his plate. But as he said he has a team he's working with to start ticking things off. We can either believe he'll do it, help do it, or not believe. He's trying and moving forward. I give him points for that.

No worries about being blunt. I'm still learning this stuff, which includes remembering to step back and breath and not take it personally. :-). So you've helped me learn. ;-)
