any special deployment of Ubuntu required as far as drivers go? I know you can just chuck it on from a live USB but I've never actually optimized anything. Frankly, it runs like crap on Windows.
TinyBreak
ordered a "new" PC to take over plex responsibilities. The old XPS is starting to show its age. Heres my question, do I go Linux? Or stick to win 11? I've heard Linux performance is a lot better, but my experince is pretty limited to a few Ubuntu Distros. The other challenege is my library sits on a 12tb internal drive on the XPS. Is Ubuntu going to be ok reading off what I assume is NTFS?
Tinyest has started repeating words back to you. Shit is ADORABLE. Bathtime, GO!, Buh Bye and Ball are all big ones.
Yard works freaking tough when you canβt god damn breath out your nose!!!!
sorry to do this to you but I'm gonna need you to present this to the CAB for review π
yeah I have been trying that, but losing the war quite badly unless I wanna poison the whole thing.
Sadly I'd be digging up half the damn lawn. That isnt a joke, it is EVERYWHERE.
I thought it was couch too!!! But in our case kikuyu. And tbh it makes a fantastic lawn so letting its do its thing has worked out great for us. Doubt you could fight it and win if you wanted to.
theres a real "back and forth" feeling lately. was standing in the shower earlier and sort of realized I feel like im taking the hit of each wave rather than riding them atm. Feel like a lot of us are doing that after covid.
to be honest I thought it was a VERY different name. I only really remember cause my parents would encourage us to steal runners from our neighbors lawn that were coming through the fence to help it spread into hours.
Losing the fight against some stupid broadleaf in the front yard lawn. MIL reckons I need to weed and feed it but a weekend 7 days after a mow but 7 days before the next mow with no rain is a bit much to ask for at the moment.
When I moved in the back yard was a dump. but what little kikuyu was there went nuts and within 2 years with basically no effort the kikuyu won and it now looks fantastic. Thinking I should just start transplant runners in the front yard and let it do its thing. Might take a few years but if it ends up half as good as the back yard I wont be complaining.
someone please put your bins out so I can figure out which one I'm supposed to do.
