That's some old fashion 'us versus them,' kinda thinking.

How did Adolf Hitler rise to power in Germany?

Adolf Hitler's rise to power in Germany was a complex process that involved a combination of factors, including:

Economic and social unrest: After World War I, Germany was in a state of economic and social turmoil. The Treaty of Versailles imposed harsh reparations on Germany, leading to hyperinflation and widespread poverty. This created a fertile ground for extremist ideologies to take root.

Political instability: The Weimar Republic, Germany's democratic government at the time, was weak and unstable. It was plagued by political infighting and lacked strong leadership. This allowed Hitler and the Nazi Party to exploit the situation and gain power.

Hitler's charisma and propaganda: Hitler was a skilled orator and propagandist. He used his speeches and writings to spread his message of hatred and nationalism. He also used propaganda to manipulate public opinion and demonize his opponents.

Violence and intimidation: The Nazi Party used violence and intimidation to suppress dissent and consolidate its power. The SA (Sturmabteilung), the Nazi paramilitary wing, was responsible for numerous acts of violence against political opponents and Jewish people.

The Reichstag fire: In 1933, the Reichstag, the German parliament building, was set on fire. The Nazis blamed the fire on communists and used it as an excuse to crack down on political opponents and consolidate their power. In 1933, Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany. Once in power, he quickly dismantled democratic institutions and established a totalitarian dictatorship. He also initiated a campaign of persecution against Jewish people, culminating in the Holocaust.

Hitler's rise to power was a result of a complex interplay of factors, including economic and social unrest, political instability, Hitler's charisma and propaganda, and the use of violence and intimidation. It is important to remember that Hitler's rise to power was not inevitable, but rather the result of a series of choices made by individuals and institutions.

Arcane season two is on my TV Shows To Watch List. I'm currently watching The Legend of Vox Machina. I just finished season two last night. I highly recommend it if you haven't yet seen it.

I'm stoked to watch season two of Arcane!

I thought it might be a helipad as well, but the proximity of the trees around it rules that out. Even if there was a skilled enough pilot with the right weather and air current conditions... It would be quite a challenging land. Let along take off. Why would there be a helipad there in the first place, was a following question I had, and couldn't determine.

To verify, yes.

It's against Google Maps' ToS (Terms of Service) however to use its exact coordinates for anything outside of Google Maps. This is mostly to prevent others from using exact information (map or otherwise,) and then compete against them.

Sure thing.

On OpenStreetMap (OSM) there are four main things you can do.

  1. Mapping: Trace features like roads, buildings, waterways, and land use from satellite imagery

  2. Editing: Update existing map data to reflect changes, such as new roads or buildings.

  3. Validation: Check and correct errors in the map data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  4. Tagging: Add detailed information to map features, such as names, types, and other attributes.

All of these can be achieved via OSM's web app.

Here is the Beginners' guide if you want more info.

I'd be willing to answer your questions if you had any. And I'm sure others that map edit for OSM would be willing to do the same.

That's really cool. How did you get started as a volunteer EMT?

I know that this might present a feeling of trolling or annoyance, but I take my hat off to Cart Narcs for taking it even further, to call out these people.

Oh heck yeah! Help fellow editor. =)

Come join us if you haven't. Even if you only have 10-15 minutes to do something, it all helps in the end. There are plenty of things to do and no pressure for you to do all of them or even most of them.
