Jeg er skuffet over DR journalistik her.

I enjoy cooking as well so that's good to hear. The washing up part is eased a lot if you get a dishwasher. Even a small tabletop mounted one can be a big help. It's also good for the environment since it uses less water and energy.

About eating the same two days in a row I'll counter that with the use of the freezer or eat offset so make one large portion to divide. Eat something else the day after and then leftovers the day after that. Then its not twice in a row at least.

Or make dishes that can be twisted into different types. A bolognese can be used in a pasta dish one day and tortilla the next and then nachos if you have any left.

2 hours!? You need to learn to cook easier meals or bigger portions so you can eat for multiple days. Most of my daily meals take 30 min to prepare. Chek out sorted food on YouTube. They make a big deal out of cooking easy dishes (as well as a lot of other fun challenges for themselves and comedy stuff) They have a few "Chef/normal vs takeout" that you can start watching.

Edit: here's some links you can start with.

Talk with your doctor about getting a few lower dose pills either alongside your normal dose or as part of you normal dose. Like 10mg og 20mg and 60mg. Then you can take a little boost dose when you come home after a day where you forgot or if you have days where you need a little extra. Heck even take less on good days to if you want.

I have 10 and 20 and actually flex a bit with how much I take. I don't need much so I'm on relatively low dose. I'm also relatively new on methylphenidate so still learning my dose but for me I found it extremely useful to be able to flex a bit. If I had a bad night of sleep or went to bed too late and I'm tired I found that taking less is better or else I get too emotional and irritaded.

On days where I know I have a lot of work to focus on in the evening I take 20mg extra in the afternoon after lunch. They are the long lasting ones so shouldn't take them too late my doc said but I've taken 10mg at 16 o'clock some days because I forgot to take earlier and been suprise how well it works. For me I still sleep super well and might even have better willpower to actually go to bed at a proper time.

It's maybe worth discussing with your doc.

Thanks. I do know tho, but im slightly dyslexic and English is not my first language so it's hard for me to catch my own mistakes, while I can easily see it when others are making it. Also autocorrect is a blessing and a curse for me sometimes.

What i find most stupid about all of this is that Air Canada could just have admitted a mistake, payed The refund of ~450 USD which is basically nothing to them. It would have waisted no one's time and made good customer service and positive feedback. Then quietly fix the AI in the background and move on. Instead they now spend waaayy more money on legale fees, expensive lawyers, employees sallery, have a disabled AI, customer backlash and bad press all costing them many hundreds of thousands of dollars. So stupid.

If only the bags were significantly more expensive people would actually start to care and reuse the bags. Where in from the bags cost the equivalent to 2-3 dollars. A lot of people started using fabric bags and reuse the thicker plastic bags many times. I can easily use the thick plastic grocery bags we have 20 times and the fabric ones I mainly use are over 5 years now and counting.
