My brother got me into Frostpunk recently. It's been kicking my ass lol
It literally feels like an out of season April Fool's joke. Felt like it would be better if they saved it for April lol
Laws not stopping murder doesn't mean laws against murder are useless
I read it as B52 at first and wondered how the building survives
I mean if you want to suck the fun out of it only 4/22 of horseshoe crab species survived.
Saying any species not evolving for millions of years is a misnomer anyway. A living fossil only superficially resemble ancient species. Since both nautilus and horseshoe crabs are considered living fossils I thought it's a fair comparison.
But this is a silly little comic ultimately about the existential dread of modern human life so this level of pedantry isn't needed.
GTA 5 used an in-house engine (used previously, sure, but StarEngine is also modified from a pre-existing engine). The combined development and marketing budget is US$265 million. Development started in 2008 and released in 2013.
Cyberpunk 2077 also used an in-house engine, budget (not sure if marketing is included or not) is US$316 million. Development started in 2012 and released in 2020.
To put it to perspective Star Citizen's Kickstarter started on 2012. GTA 5 released on 2013, and GTA 6 is supposed to be out in 2025. If it doesn't get delayed too significantly we will get 2 full GTA games before SC is released.
At least the nautilus listened
The death spiral continues
You'd think "we drive with our eyes, cameras are eyes." is an argument against only using cameras but that do I know.
I'm just on my 3rd or 4th run trying the New Home scenario. Haven't made it past the first month lol
