I'm not seeing "Amazon" or the plethora of online shopping stores that have followed in its footprint of complete and utter shit. To this day, I can't understand how Amazon became so big with a user interface so fucking awful but goes to show it doesn't actually fucking matter.

"Mario is Missing" for the SNES.

I remember opening the Sears catalog and seeing what must be the sequel to Super Mario World. I shovelled driveways and busted open my piggy bank - it was a full price Nintendo game and I had to have it.

I started my subscription to Nintendo Power after that...

The thing is, reservoirs only hold so much. Get all that moisture at once, they have to release the extra water and it effectively goes to waste. Snow pack melting slowly will add that moisture slowly over the course of a longer time. Snow pack is like a reservoir for the reservoir.

Compound that with hotter summers that have longer periods of little to no precipitation.

Gotta remember, publishers are basically car salesmen. They didn't build the car, they skim over the spec sheets and learn which trims give them the best cut of the profit. They'll say whatever bullshit they want to make a sale - and in a financial report, their target isn't gamers, it's investors.

Yes, they should drop everything else they are doing and have a singular focus on the one issue that matters to me!

I wouldn't say that. In my experience even domestic cars are on average more reliable. BUT when they do break, it's a fuck ton more expensive to repair anything. There is a genuine feeling of dread in newer-older vehicles because one part might require dismantling half the vehicle to get at, or that part is only available as part of a larger assembly.

Yup. That's exactly it. There a lot of people in the "no particular fandom" category that can determine a sales winner and loser.
