Personally I like Adaption/Equality/Traditon the most.

Adaption to me is the better choice (not just mechanically) because it creates a greater long term future for the Frostlands.

Equality is nice. Even if mechanically worse than merit the extra trust and "good vibes" are worth it for me.

While some early reason laws are acceptable the zietgiest very quickly goes sour with very radical (but not technically) laws and ideas. The feel good vibe of tradition is my preference.
