Kind of annoying bro hosts but USians are missing out on some crazy EVs

I have the thermostat blues. (1) What is that part called? (2) How can I fix it? (3) Can I replace it? It's held on just by sticky stuff and it keeps falling off. in c/[email protected]

Id just replace the whole unit. Turn off the breaker power, use a touchless tester to verify it’s off, take pictures of the wires and where they’re connected, disconnect.

Edit: I’ve read Ecobee thermostats are good
